The Floor Determines Which Graphic System Makes Sense

Floor graphics are not selected by artwork alone. We need to know what the surface is, how people or equipment move across it, whether the area is indoors or exposed to weather, and how long the graphic is expected to stay in place.

For walking surfaces, the complete graphic system—including the print film and any protective overlaminate—must be appropriate for the intended floor and traffic conditions. We review the application rather than assuming one floor vinyl works everywhere.

Surface

Tile, sealed concrete, finished floors, carpet, and rough exterior surfaces may require different products or may not all be suitable for the same graphic system.

Traffic

Light office traffic, busy retail aisles, event crowds, carts, cleaning equipment, and entry areas create different wear conditions.

Smooth Finished Metal

Finished metal can accept adhesive graphics well when the coating and surface condition are suitable.
