Office Signs & Interior Signage
From the reception wall to conference rooms, private offices, hallways, restrooms, and shared spaces, Gogi Signs fabricates the signs businesses use every day. We produce lobby signs, office door signs, name plates, directories, wayfinding signs, ADA signage, plaques, dimensional lettering, and wall graphics for offices across New Jersey. We also fabricate and install office signs for companies across the five boroughs; see our NYC service area.

Signs People Use Every Day
Some signs identify a company. Others identify a room, point toward a department, list tenants, mark a permanent space, recognize a donor, or carry information employees and visitors need to see.
The challenge is giving each sign the right amount of visual attention. A reception logo should command the wall. A conference-room sign should be easy to find. A directory should be quick to scan. A required room sign should meet its purpose without looking disconnected from the rest of the office.
Office Sign Options
These are the sign types businesses request most often for office interiors. Each one can be produced as a standalone project or as part of a larger office package.
Company logos, dimensional letters, acrylic panels, metal logos, standoff signs, illuminated features, and branded reception walls.
Employee names, titles, office numbers, departments, desk signs, conference rooms, and replaceable name inserts.
Tenant names, departments, floors, room listings, building information, and changeable directory panels for multi-room or multi-tenant offices.
Arrows, room ranges, department directions, elevator-lobby signs, corridor information, and destination markers that help visitors move through the office.
Tactile room identification, restroom signs, stair and exit identification, and other accessible signs required for permanent spaces.
Clear, frosted, printed, layered, and metal panels for office names, directories, room information, donor displays, and reception branding.
Metal, acrylic, PVC, and plastic letters for reception areas, department walls, conference spaces, executive offices, and branded interior features.
Company history, values, mission statements, timelines, photography, branded patterns, privacy graphics, and large-format office wall graphics.
Signs by Location
Start with the places where people enter, stop, make a decision, or reach a destination. Those locations usually reveal the sign types the office needs.
Lobby logos, company names, suite identification, reception desk signs, visitor information, and branded feature walls.
Employee names, titles, room names, conference rooms, meeting spaces, and changeable office identification.
Directional signs, floor information, department markers, directories, arrows, and destination identification.
Restrooms, kitchens, storage, utility rooms, stair doors, permanent-room identification, and required signs.
Mission statements, timelines, company values, donor recognition, culture walls, wall graphics, and dimensional branding.
Workstation name plates, desk signs, and cubicle labels with replaceable inserts, so a name change never means a new sign.
Suite numbers and company names beside the entrance, with changeable tenant panels for multi-tenant floors.
Room numbers with raised characters and Grade 2 Braille for permanent rooms, mounted on the latch side per ADA.
Materials
We fabricate office signs from acrylic, metal, PVC, plastic, vinyl, and mixed-material assemblies. The right choice depends on the sign type, wall surface, interior finishes, viewing distance, and how much visual presence the sign needs.
Clear, frosted, colored, printed, and layered panels.
Aluminum, stainless, brass, bronze, plaques, and dimensional lettering.
Lightweight room signs, dimensional letters, and painted interior signage.
Wall graphics, privacy film, timelines, mission walls, and printed panel graphics.
ADA Office Signage
ADA requirements apply differently depending on what a sign identifies and where it is used. Permanent-room identification can require tactile characters and Braille, while company logos, occupant names, directories, and certain other signs are treated differently.
We identify the function of the sign before fabrication so required room signage can be developed around the appropriate placement, tactile, visual, and mounting needs without making every office sign look like a compliance placard.
Room numbers and names for permanent spaces may require tactile characters and Braille.
Directory information is generally handled as visual information rather than tactile room identification.
Employee or occupant names can be handled separately from the permanent room identification.
Where requirements apply, sign height, location, contrast, finish, and character design need to be considered.
Recent Office Work
Reception signs, dimensional logos, standoff panels, room identification, directories, plaques, and wall graphics each bring something different to an office interior. Conference rooms and glass offices often need privacy as well as a name; we apply frosted privacy film to glass doors and walls, and you can see it on our window frosting page.
From Artwork to Installation
For one or two signs, the process is simple. For larger offices, we organize copy and locations before production so room names, quantities, hardware, and installation points are checked early.
1
Floor plans, room lists, wall photos, logo files, existing signs, and the project timeline are reviewed.
2
Materials, colors, sizes, copy, room layouts, directory content, hardware, and mounting are finalized.
3
Signs are produced and organized by room, floor, department, or installation area for easier site work.
4
Our insured crews mount the signs at the approved locations and coordinate access with the property or office team.
Project Feedback
Office projects often involve room lists, brand approvals, building managers, finished interiors, and move-in dates, so the details behind the signs matter.
Tony helped us sort out a Jersey City office with a lobby logo, conference rooms, office names, and a directory. The room list changed twice before production and they kept the signage organized.

Office Sign Package
Adrian worked with our Hoboken facilities team to update old office signs without replacing everything. We kept the existing room locations and changed the panels and name inserts to match the new branding.

Office Rebrand
Gabby coordinated our Union office signs around a move-in date. The lobby sign, office names, conference rooms, and directional signs were installed before the team arrived.

Office Sign Installation
Office signage is often installed after the walls are painted, furniture is placed, glass is finished, and the reception area is complete. Our insured crews work from the approved locations and mount signs while protecting surrounding finishes.
We can coordinate with landlords, property managers, general contractors, and office teams, with COI support and early-morning, after-hours, or weekend installation when required.
Built in Linden
Gogi Signs has served New Jersey businesses since 2005. From our Linden production floor, we cut, print, fabricate, finish, drill, label, and prepare office signs for installation, then our commercial crews complete the work on site.
Every office sign on this page is cut, finished and labeled in our Linden shop and installed by our own crews.

The practical things people ask before they pick up the phone.
It depends on the sign type, size, material and quantity. A single printed door sign is a small cost, while a lobby logo in dimensional metal with lighting is a larger investment. Send us your room list and logo and we will price the full package so you can compare options line by line.
Most office packages take about two to four weeks from approved proofs to installation, depending on quantity and materials. Tell us your move-in-date and we will build the schedule around it.
Signs that identify permanent rooms, such as restrooms, stairs, exits and numbered rooms, need raised characters and braille under the 2010 ADA Standards. Directories and signs for temporary information, such as an occupant name that changes, generally do not need tactile text. We will mark which signs in your package need it.
The 2010 ADA Standards place tactile characters between 48 and 60 inches above the floor, measured to the baseline of the text, on the latch side of the door. Our installers follow those measurements on site.
Yes. We can build door and desk signs with replaceable inserts so you only reorder the insert, not the whole sign.
Yes. Our insured crews install around furniture and finished walls, and we can work early mornings, evenings or weekends so your team is not disrupted. We provide a certificate of insurance for building management.
Yes. Send your brand guide with Pantone or paint references and we will match paint, vinyl and acrylic, and show you samples before production when color is critical.
A vector logo (AI, EPS, SVG or PDF), a room list or floor plan, and a few photos of the walls where signs will go. If you only have a JPG logo, we can redraw it.
