About Gogi Signs

We’ve Been Making Rigid Signage in New Jersey Since 2005

Gogi Signs is a full-service sign company in Linden, Union County, making signage for New Jersey businesses since 2005. Foam board is one of the highest-volume things we run, because almost every business needs it at some point — a pitch board, a trade show display, a price panel, a welcome sign at the door.

Your artwork goes onto our flatbed press and cures directly onto the board. From there it moves to our own laser and CNC to be cut, shaped and finished. Nothing leaves the building and comes back marked up, which is why a change of size or an extra twenty boards is a phone call rather than a fresh quote.

It also means we can turn foam board fast. There is no edge polishing, no mounting hardware and no drying time to wait on — which matters when the board is for a meeting on Thursday.

The basics

What Are Rigid Signs?

A rigid sign is printed onto a solid panel instead of fabric or paper, so it keeps its shape without a frame, hem, grommet, or pole pocket. That makes rigid signs useful for all kinds of applications. You can stake one into a lawn, screw it to a brick wall, place it in an A-frame, mount it on standoffs, or set it on an easel. There is no fabric to sag, flap, or wrinkle when the wind picks up.

The right panel depends on where the sign will be used and how long it needs to last. Foam board gives you a clean, sharp print but is not made for rain. Coroplast handles outdoor weather well, making it a practical choice for temporary signs, while Dibond stays flat and durable for long-term use. We choose the material based on the location, installation, and expected lifespan of the sign.

Why Our Customers Order From Us, Not a Website

Ordering rigid signs online means a form, a fixed size list and a courier. We are twenty minutes down the road — you get someone on the phone, and you can change the job after you have placed it.

Same-day collection

We print stock sizes and have them ready to collect from Linden, often the day you order.

Site visits and measurement

For exterior and building signage we come out and measure, rather than working from your estimate.

Our own installation crews

Wall panels, storefront signage and multi-site rollouts fitted by us, not subcontracted. Graphics installation.

Certificates of insurance

We process them whenever a building or property manager asks, as part of the job.

Artwork sorted for you

No print-ready file? Our design team builds it, and you approve a proof before we cut anything.

Reorders kept on file

We keep your artwork, sizes and colours on record, so your second batch matches the first exactly.

Where Our Customers Use Rigid Signs

Between them, our five panels cover most of what a business puts in front of its customers — on the building, in the lobby, at the kerb and out on site.

Storefront & Building Signs

We build exterior wall panels, tenant and suite identification, post-and-panel signs and monument faces. We specify Dibond here so your sign survives years of sun, rain and road salt without warping off the wall.

Sidewalk Signs

Real Estate Signs

We print listing boards, riders, open-house directionals and arrow signs on coroplast. We run them double-sided as standard, because kerbside traffic passes from both directions, and we count the stakes in.

Printing

Our Rigid Sign Printing Options

We print your artwork directly onto the rigid panel using a flatbed press rather than printing onto vinyl and applying it afterward. That gives the finished sign a clean surface without vinyl edges lifting at the corners or bubbles showing through.

FAQs

Rigid Signs — Frequently Asked Questions

Rigid signs are printed on a solid flat panel rather than fabric or paper, so the sign holds its own shape. You can stake it into the ground, screw it to a wall, drop it into a frame or mount it on standoffs, with no hemming, grommets or pole pocket. We keep five panels in stock — coroplast, foam board, PVC, Dibond and acrylic — and between them they cover almost every rigid sign we make.

Dibond is what we specify for permanent outdoor signs — it will not rust or warp, and it stays flat across large panels through full sun and winter. For short-term outdoor work like campaigns, real estate listings and job sites we put you on coroplast is the standard because it is weatherproof and inexpensive enough to replace.

We cut single panels to any size up to roughly 48″ × 96″. Above that we build the sign as aligned panels with a deliberate reveal between them. Our common stock sizes are 18″ × 24″, 24″ × 36″ and 36″ × 48″, and anything outside those we cut to order without charging you a setup fee.

Yes — every panel we print can be contour cut on our laser and CNC equipment. Arrows, circles, logo outlines, cut lettering, internal apertures, radiused corners and drilled mounting holes are all standard. See cutting services.

It depends which panel we put you on. Coroplast is built for weeks to a season outdoors. Foam board is an indoor product and lasts as long as your display does. PVC gives you several years indoors or under cover. Dibond lasts years in full exterior weather, and printed acrylic lasts years indoors. We can specify UV-stable inks to extend outdoor life on any of them.

No. We run single panels and campaign runs of several hundred through the same equipment. Your price per sign falls as the quantity increases, and we apply volume pricing automatically — you do not need a trade account with us to get it.

We run most orders in a few business days from artwork approval, and we can go rush or same-day on stock sizes and thicknesses. Larger multi-panel orders, custom edge finishing and installed work we schedule at quote, so you have a firm date from us rather than an estimate.

Vector artwork in AI, EPS, PDF or SVG works best for logos, lettering and cut shapes. High-resolution JPG, PNG or TIFF is fine for photographic panels. If you do not have print-ready artwork our design team prepares it, and you approve a proof at actual size before anything is printed or cut.

It depends on the sign. We stake yard signs with wire H-stakes or step stakes. For wall panels we use standoff barrels, VHB tape, French cleats or direct screw fixing. Hoarding panels use grommets and cable ties. Exterior panels use post mounting or wall brackets. Hardware ships with the sign, with a drilling template where one is needed.

Yes. We produce in Linden, Union County, and deliver across New Jersey and the wider tri-state area including New York City. Our own crews handle installation, and buildings requiring certificates of insurance or after-hours access are accommodated as part of the job. Collection from the shop is also available.

Most orders run in a few business days from artwork approval, and we can go rush or same-day on stock sizes. Foam board is the fastest panel we run — no edge finishing, no mounting hardware, nothing to cure — which is why it suits work with a fixed date on it.
