Built in New Jersey
Fabrication is where the drawings, materials, construction details, finishes, hardware, and installation requirements come together. At Gogi Signs, commercial signage is built in-house rather than treated as a product ordered from an outside catalog.
Keeping production close to the rest of the project gives our team more control over how the sign is constructed, how selected components fit together, and how the finished sign is prepared for installation or handoff.
Dimensions, sign type, mounting, illumination, finish, and location all influence construction.
Fabrication stays connected to the drawings, artwork, field measurements, and approved project scope.
We can fabricate selected faces, letters, panels, logos, and components for existing sign systems.
Hardware, assembly, mounting preparation, and other field requirements can be considered before the sign leaves the shop.

Project-Specific Construction
There is no single fabrication method for every commercial sign. Construction changes with the environment, sign type, mounting, illumination, dimensions, weight, finish, and whether the project is new construction or a replacement.
Fabrication Materials
Material choice depends on how the sign will be used, where it will be installed, how it is mounted, the desired finish, and the project budget. We select materials around the construction requirements rather than forcing every sign into the same build.
Common for fabricated exterior sign components, cabinets, returns, panels, and structural pieces.
Useful for rigid panels, faces, displays, and flat sign applications.
Used for letters, logos, sign faces, dimensional components, and interior signage.
Rigid material for selected interior signs, dimensional pieces, panels, and routed applications.
Used where durable fabricated or illuminated sign faces are required.
Applied to sign faces, panels, storefront elements, and other fabricated components.
In-House Fabrication
Our shop handles the production steps needed to turn approved drawings and materials into finished commercial signage and replacement components.
Fabrication Process
1
Sign type, dimensions, quantity, location, artwork, drawings, and project requirements are reviewed.
2
Final construction information is confirmed before production begins.
3
Materials, fabrication method, finishes, hardware, and assembly requirements are defined.
4
The sign or components are cut, formed, assembled, finished, and prepared according to the approved project.
5
Finished work is reviewed and prepared for installation, pickup, delivery, or project handoff.
Replacement Fabrication
Fabrication does not always mean building an entirely new sign. Existing sign systems often need selected parts replaced after damage, wear, rebranding, or changes to the business identity.
When the remaining sign is still usable, we can review the existing construction and fabricate the replacement components needed for the approved repair or update.
Trade & Contractor Fabrication
Gogi Signs can fabricate signage and sign components for sign companies, contractors, agencies, property teams, retail programs, and other commercial partners that already have a project scope or drawings in place.
Trade fabrication can be quoted around the sign type, quantity, dimensions, construction intent, material requirements, deadline, and whether the finished work will be picked up, delivered, or installed.
Fabrication + Installation
Fabrication choices affect mounting, hardware, weight, raceways, electrical preparation, final assembly, and how the sign will be handled in the field. Because Gogi Signs also installs commercial signage, production can stay connected to the site conditions and mounting plan when installation is part of the project.
