Commercial Truck Wraps Produced In-House by Gogi Signs

Box trucks and straight trucks provide large, highly visible surfaces, but those surfaces vary by body manufacturer, panel construction, door type and operating use. Gogi Signs measures the truck and develops the artwork for its actual panels before production begins.

Our family-owned Linden sign company has more than 20 years of experience with commercial graphics. Design, printing, lamination and installation are managed through our 10,000-square-foot facility, with 3M-certified installers handling box bodies, refrigerated trucks, tractor units and other working vehicles.

We complete single-truck projects and coordinated fleet rollouts. For multiple units, body-specific proofs, retained production files and phased scheduling help preserve brand consistency without removing the entire fleet from service.

— Coverage

Truck Wrap Coverage: Full, 3-Sided, Partial and Lettering

How much of the truck gets printed film sets the price, the time off the road and how far the branding carries. Box trucks are most often sold 3-sided.

100%

Full Truck Wrap

Printed film across every painted panel — box body, cab, doors and rear. The strongest version of truck branding and what customer-facing trucks carry.

Retail, food and service brands

Sided Box Truck Wrap
75%

3-Sided Box Truck Wrap

Both box sides and the rear door printed, cab left in factory paint. The standard way box truck graphics are sold, because the box carries almost all the readable surface.

Trades, service and route vans

Partial Truck Wrap

Printed graphics on the lower box and rear with lettering above. Keeps the visual weight where traffic reads it and takes a large area of film off the invoice.

Truck Lettering & Decals

Cut vinyl applied straight to the paint — company name, phone number, services, USDOT and MC numbers. Lowest cost per truck and quickest to fit. See truck lettering.

Truck Wrap Installation on Rivets, Ribs, Seams and Doors

This is the part of truck wrapping that separates a wrap still looking right in year four from one lifting at the rivet line by the second winter. Every truck is looked at before it is quoted, because the body decides the work.

— Our services

Truck Wrap Design, Printing, Lamination and Installation

Every stage happens at Gogi Signs with our own people. No part of a truck wrap is handed to a third party halfway through.

Design

Artwork built onto a measured panel template for your body length, with a proof before anything prints.

Printing

Printed on our large-format press. Panels are printed at full size on our large-format press, not tiled and joined.

Lamination

Every printed panel laminated before it leaves the shop. The laminate is the layer that takes the UV, the grit and the wash brushes.

Installation

Fitted by 3M certified installers in our Linden bay, or at your yard where the truck has to stay on the road.

QA

Panels checked against the approved proof, edges and rivet lines worked back over, and the truck signed off before it leaves.

— Before you send artwork

Truck Wrap Design for Visibility at Road Speed

Large panels create visibility, but effective truck graphics still require a disciplined message hierarchy and artwork planned for real viewing distances.

Read it from three lanes away. A box truck is read at 40mph from the next lane or from a car sitting behind it at a light. That sets a floor under type size and a ceiling on how much can go on the panel.

Vector artwork, or we rebuild it. A logo pulled off a website is a few hundred pixels wide, and a box side is over twenty feet of it. Enlarged that far a raster file breaks up. Send vector where you have it; where it does not exist, the studio redraws the mark first.

The body dictates the layout. Rivets, ribs, rails, door gaps and hinges are all fixed. The artwork moves around them, not the other way round.

Dark does not mean expensive. Large solid dark areas run hotter and show every ripple and dent in an older body. On a truck with some years on it, a mid-tone or a pattern hides what a flat black shows off.

— Pricing

How Much Does a Truck Wrap Cost?

Truck wraps start at

$3,500

Where a job lands above that comes down to the size of the truck and how much of it gets covered. A 26ft box body carries several times the film of a pickup, and a full wrap is a different job from lettering on the doors.

— Fleet graphics

Running More Than One Truck? Fleet Wraps and Fleet Graphics

Once there is more than one truck, the job stops being a series of separate orders. The artwork is built and proved once, the whole run prints together so the color holds across it, and the trucks come through in batches you set rather than all at once.

— Who we work with

The New Jersey Industries We Wrap Trucks For

Trucks earn their branding differently depending on what they carry and where they park.

Delivery & Logistics

Box trucks and straight trucks running fixed routes. High mileage on the same roads means the same audience sees the truck daily.

Usually: 3-sided wraps

Moving & Storage

The truck is parked outside a customer's home for a full day, in a street full of neighbors. Nothing else in the fleet works that hard.

Usually: full wraps

Food & Beverage

Refrigerated bodies and distribution trucks. The panel prep is different on a reefer, and the branding is often the whole customer relationship.

Usually: full wraps

Construction & Contracting

Stake beds, flatbeds and crew trucks. Usually ordered alongside the contractor signs and matched across both.

Usually: partial and lettering

Wholesale & Distribution

Trucks running between depots, warehouses and trade counters. The audience is other businesses, so the copy is different from retail.

Usually: 3-sided wraps

Waste & Environmental

Home care, medical transport, shuttles and non-emergency transfer. Clean, legible and credible matters more here than coverage does.

Usually: lettering and decals

Trades at Scale

HVAC, plumbing and electrical operations that have outgrown vans and run box trucks for equipment and stock.

Usually: partial wraps

Rental & Leasing

Leased and financed trucks that have to go back to bare paint at term end. Removal matters as much as application.

Usually: wraps plus removal

— Where we work

Truck Wrap Company Serving New Jersey and the Tri-State Area

Our shop is at 7 W Baltimore Ave in Linden, Union County — minutes from Newark, Elizabeth, the Turnpike and the port. Most of the trucks we wrap are driven in, wrapped and driven out inside the same week.

Being close is what makes that work. A box truck released on a Monday morning from a yard in Union, Essex or Middlesex County is back on its route before the week is out, without half a day lost to the drive each way. Where a truck cannot come off the road, the install goes to the yard instead.

Searching for a truck wrap near me usually comes down to who can take the vehicle this month and hand it back finished. We work across New Jersey and the wider tri-state area including New York City.

Year, make, model, body length, current condition and desired coverage give us the information needed to begin.

The form below covers the rest. If the truck is already wrapped and this is a rebrand, mark it — removal is priced before anything new goes on, and it changes both the number and the schedule.

Not sure which coverage suits the vehicle? Leave it blank and we will come back with a recommendation alongside the price.

Truck wraps start at $3,500. A 16ft box body and a 26ft one are different amounts of film and labor before anything else is decided, so where a job sits above that depends on the truck, the coverage and the state of the artwork. Send those three and you get a figure rather than a bracket.
The box is wrapped and the cab is not. It is the default for box trucks and usually the better buy, because the cab is curved, awkward and largely hidden in traffic, so the money goes further on the flat panels behind it.

Yes, and it is worth knowing up front that a roll-up door is a wearing part. It coils into a drum several times a day and meets loading docks. We handle the slats accordingly and tell you what to expect from it over the life of the wrap.

Not where the paint is sound. Film releases with heat and the adhesive lifts with it. Trucks with failing clear coat or previous body filler are the exception, and we flag those before wrapping rather than after removal.

Routinely. It is slower work than a flat panel and it prices differently, so we ask what the body is made of before quoting rather than assuming a smooth side.

Yes. Reefer and fiberglass panels get a different preparation from aluminum, and cold panels need the shop rather than a winter yard, so scheduling matters more on these.

Coverage sets it. Lettering and door decals are same-day work. A partial is short. A full wrap on a large riveted body is the long end of the scale. You get the day count with the quote, before anything is booked.

Yes. Regulated markings are laid into the design as fixed elements at the start rather than fitted around the artwork. They can also be done on their own if compliance is all you need right now.

Vector files if you have them. If all you have is a logo from a website or a business card, say so on the form — the studio rebuilds it, and that is design time rather than a reason to stop.

Yes, ours or anyone else's. Rebrands are stripped and re-wrapped in the same visit. Lease returns go back to bare paint. Old film that has been on a long time takes longer to lift, so tell us its rough age.

Where the truck cannot come to Linden, yes. The bay is the first preference because temperature and dust are controlled, and we check what your yard offers before committing to a date.

It changes how the job is run and what it costs per vehicle — setup spreads, the run prints together, and trucks come through in batches instead of all at once. See fleet wraps.
