Door name plates, desk plates, cubicle plates and suite plates in brass, brushed aluminum, engraved plastic and changeable insert frames. We make them to match your office signs and install them across New Jersey. We also install in the five boroughs; see our NYC service area.

A name plate is often the first thing a visitor reads before meeting someone. It tells them they found the right door, and it says a lot about how the office is run.
The best name plates match the rest of the office: the same finish, font and colors as the room signs and the lobby. They also need a plan for change, because people move offices far more often than walls move.
We help you pick a style that fits the space, then make every plate in one matching set.
Six styles cover almost every door, desk and cubicle. Mix them in one matching set.

Start with the longest name and title you have, not the shortest. The plate has to fit everyone.
Keep door plates at the same height as your room signs so every door on the floor lines up. Send us your longest name and we will mock it up at full size.
Insert frames keep the plate on the wall and change only the name. Nobody needs a drill, and the new plate matches the old one.
Most offices mix both: brass or brushed plates for partners and long term staff, insert frames for everyone else.

No. Occupant names are an exception in section 216.1 of the 2010 ADA Standards. The room number on the same door may still need raised letters and braille.
Yes, with insert frames. You slide the old insert out and the new one in. Some frames take paper inserts you can print in the office, or we print matching inserts for you.
