— Bus graphics for fleets and campaigns
A bus is not simply a larger van. It carries passengers, follows a working timetable and presents the message across long body panels, doors, glass and safety equipment. Gogi Signs plans custom bus wraps for shuttle operators, schools, hospitality fleets, municipalities and advertising programs with those operating realities in mind.
Our Linden team can develop permanent fleet branding, a time-limited advertising campaign or a practical combination of lower-body graphics, lettering and approved window coverage. Before recommending a specification, we consider the bus type, campaign length, viewing distance, passenger visibility and the time available for installation.
Design, printing, lamination and installation are managed in-house, giving operators one accountable partner from vehicle measurements through final inspection. The result is a bus graphic program built to read clearly in traffic without interfering with emergency exits, driver sightlines, lights, cameras or required markings.

— Why Gogi Signs
Large passenger vehicles demand production capacity, precise scheduling and installers who understand how graphics interact with working bus equipment.
Operational planning
Built around fleet schedules
We coordinate measurements, approvals and installation around the vehicle’s service commitments. For multi-bus programs, artwork and production files are controlled so every unit carries the same colors, placement and identification standards.
Production capacity
One in-house team from file to fleet
Our 10,000-square-foot Linden facility supports large-format printing, lamination and installation. With more than 20 years in commercial graphics, our team can match the film system to the surface, campaign term and removal expectations.

— Coverage
Coverage options range from fleet lettering and lower-panel graphics to full wraps that incorporate approved passenger-window areas.

Printed graphics cover the primary body panels and may extend across approved passenger windows using perforated film. Window coverage is reviewed against visibility, vehicle type and operating requirements before production.
Campaigns and brand-led operators

Everything below the glass line printed, windows left clear. The most common answer on a bus, because the panel below the windows is a continuous run and the glass stays exactly as the passengers like it.
Shuttles, charter and school operators

A printed block along the lower body carrying the name and contact. Reads cleanly on a white or cream coach without committing the whole side.
Coach operators and hotels

Cut vinyl names, route or service information, and fleet or unit numbers for municipal, school and contract vehicles.
Contract, municipal and school fleets
Glass ratio varies enormously between a motorcoach and a shuttle, so the same coverage level looks very different on two buses. We work it out against your actual vehicle.

— Two different jobs
ong-term fleet graphics and temporary advertising campaigns require different materials, production plans and removal strategies.
Operator branding Operator branding
Long-term bus and shuttle fleet graphics
A shuttle, coach or contract operator putting its own identity on its own fleet. This wrap has to look right for years and survive being one of several matching vehicles.
Campaign wraps
Short-term bus advertising wraps
For agency and advertiser campaigns on third-party vehicles, the wrap is specified for a defined term and planned for clean removal at the end of the agreement.
— Before you send artwork
Bus artwork must remain visually consistent across body panels, window film, seals, doors and fixed equipment.
The window line breaks everything. Between the body panel and the glass there is a rubber seal, a frame and usually a step in the surface. Artwork crossing it will never be perfectly continuous, so the design either accounts for that or fights it forever.
Then check it against the exits. Emergency windows and their instructions are fixed, and the design gets laid out around them before anything is approved rather than after.
A bus is read from further away than anything else we wrap. It is tall, it is long, and it is usually seen across a road or a car park rather than from the next lane.
Use production-ready vector artwork. Bus graphics are produced at a large scale, so low-resolution logos may require professional redrawing before printing.
— In-house
Survey, design, printing, lamination, installation and final inspection are handled in-house, keeping the body graphics, window treatment and required markings within one production plan.
The bus measured in person, with glass ratio, exits, seals and equipment all plotted before layout begins.
Body and glass worked as related bands rather than one stretched image, with the exits and numbers fixed in from the start.
Panel film and perforated window film output together, so the color agrees across two very different materials.
3M certified installers, in our Linden bay or at your depot where a bus cannot be released from service.
Every emergency exit operated, every marking confirmed readable, and the driver's sightlines checked from the seat before the bus goes back into service.
— Cost
These general market ranges can help with early budgeting. Your Gogi Signs quote will be based on the specific vehicle, coverage and production requirements.
Typical planning range
$5,500–$15,000+
Industry planning ranges vary from approximately $5,500 for substantial shuttle or minibus coverage to $15,000 or more for large coaches and full-size buses. Lettering and limited panel graphics can fall below this range. Final pricing depends on vehicle size, coverage, window film and installation conditions.
— Where we are
Our shop is at 5 W Baltimore Ave in Linden, Union County, close to Newark, Elizabeth and the crossings into New York City — which is where most of the shuttle, charter and contract operators we work with are running.
Buses are usually scheduled around service rather than around us. A charter fleet has quiet weekdays; a school operator has a summer; a shuttle contract has a shift pattern with gaps in it. We build the dates against whichever of those you have, and where a vehicle genuinely cannot be released, the crew comes to the depot.
Operators running out of more than one depot are handled site by site, so no location loses its whole allocation at once.

— Service area & quotes
Vehicle class, dimensions and proposed window coverage provide the starting information for an accurate bus wrap estimate.
Tell us whether the project is permanent fleet branding or a fixed-term advertising campaign. The material specification and removal plan differ, and identifying the intended service life at the start leads to a more accurate quote.
Photographs of both sides help. Glass ratio and the position of the emergency exits vary far more between buses than the class name suggests.

— FAQs
No. Emergency exit windows, their release mechanisms and their instruction markings all stay visible and operable, and the design is laid out around them before anything is approved. Roof hatches and escape doors are the same. It is not a design constraint we negotiate.
It is priced on glass rather than on length. Perforated window film costs more per square foot than panel film and takes longer to fit, so two buses of the same class can differ substantially depending on how much of the glass ends up in the design. Body panels only is a considerably cheaper job than body plus every window.
Never, and neither is the driver-side glass. We also check sightlines from the driver's seat as part of sign-off, because a wrap that passes a walk-round can still put film somewhere a mirror needs.
Yes, with the extra care that class requires. Stop arms, lights, reflectors and required markings are all regulated equipment and none of them is available as design space. Most school operations end up with lettering and fleet numbers rather than a full wrap, and that is usually the right answer.
Hand washing wherever practical, and keep a pressure washer back from the window film in particular — water forced into the perforations from close range will get behind it. Depot brush washes are survivable on the panels and harder on the glass.
Very common on contract, municipal and school fleets, and much cheaper than any wrap. Cut vinyl name, route or service details and unit numbers, applied at your depot. See vehicle lettering.
