— Acrylic cut to size and shape
Most acrylic work is more than a shape. It has to fit a frame, align with hardware, repeat consistently or arrive ready for the next stage of a build. We produce acrylic—often requested as plexiglass—from one custom piece through repeat components.

Finished fabrication
This page covers cutting and fabrication. For finished lobby, office and wall signage, continue to our acrylic signs page.
— Laser cutting or CNC routing
You do not need to specify the equipment. Tell us which dimensions are critical, how the edge will be seen and what the piece must fit. We will choose laser cutting, CNC routing or a planned combination.
Laser cutting suits letters, logos, intricate vector paths and engraved detail. Compatible acrylic can leave the cutting table with a smooth, clear edge.
CNC routing handles larger profiles, heavier material and mechanical features that turn a flat sheet into a functional component.
Mark the dimensions that must fit, identify the edges people will see and describe how the part will be mounted or assembled. Those details matter more than naming a cutting method.
— Acrylic fabrication capabilities
Holes, cutouts, engraving, edge treatment and assembly can be planned into the same job so the acrylic arrives ready for its next use.
Straight panels, custom outlines and repeat shapes produced from finished dimensions, artwork or a cut file.
Mounting holes, slots and internal openings built into the same cutting file for accurate placement.
Polished, beveled, frosted and machined edge options selected around how the finished piece will be seen and assembled.
Laser engraving, direct printing, applied vinyl and painted details add logos, information and brand color to the acrylic.
Formed stands, layered pieces, bonded panels and multi-part builds arrive as finished components instead of loose cut pieces.
For finished signage and branded interiors, hardware planning and certified installation can be included in the wider project scope.

Finish beyond the cut
Add graphics, hardware, assembly, delivery or certified installation through the same shop.
— Acrylic selection and supply
The two materials can look alike before production and behave differently when they are cut, engraved, bonded and installed. We match the sheet to the result rather than treating every acrylic as interchangeable.
Cast acrylic
Often selected for engraved detail, frosted contrast, colored sheets and bonded assemblies. Sheet thickness can vary slightly, so the application and fit still matter.
Extruded acrylic
Often selected for straightforward profiles, consistent sheet thickness and smooth laser-cut edges. It can be a practical choice for panels and repeat shapes.
Supplying the acrylic? Bring the manufacturer label or material specification. We will confirm compatibility and arrange a test cut when the job requires it.
— Acrylic edge finishes
An exposed edge on a lobby panel should not be treated like an edge hidden inside a frame. We select the cutting and finishing sequence around what people will see and how the part will be assembled.

Wholesale printing is a fit when graphics are being resold, produced in quantity, repeated across locations or supplied as part of a larger commercial project.

Routed edges begin with a controlled machined finish. Exposed edges can then be polished as a separate operation when the design calls for it.

A deliberately subdued edge can suit frosted sheet, diffused lighting and components where a bright polished line would distract.
— Acrylic edge finishes
A production-ready vector is useful, but it is not the price of admission. A dimensioned sketch, reference photograph or physical sample can also begin the job.

Vector or CAD artwork
AI, EPS, PDF, SVG, DXF or DWG at actual size, with cut paths, engraving and drill locations separated where possible. Mark any dimension that must fit an existing frame, bracket or channel.

Sketch, photo or existing piece
Send a dimensioned sketch, a reference image, a file from another designer or the part that needs to be matched. We can prepare the production artwork before cutting.
1
Share the artwork, dimensions, intended use, quantity and deadline—or send what you have and let us identify what is missing.
2
We determine the acrylic, thickness, cutting method, visible edges, finishing and material source required for the job.
3
You review the production details, price and schedule before material is committed and the approved file moves to production.
4
Pieces are cut, finished and checked, then prepared for Linden pickup, delivery, shipping or certified installation.
— Acrylic cutting cost
01
Material and thickness
Clear, colored, mirrored, cast, extruded and specialty acrylic carry different material costs. Thickness also affects sourcing and production time.
02
Part size and sheet usage
The finished dimensions, spacing between parts and how efficiently the shapes fit on a sheet determine how much acrylic the order consumes.
03
Cut detail and features
Long cut paths, small interior details, holes, slots, pockets and repeated cutouts add production time even when the outside dimensions are modest.
04
Quantity and repeatability
A one-off prototype is set up differently from a repeat run. Sharing present and expected quantities helps us prepare the file for future orders.
05
Finishing and assembly
Polished or beveled edges, engraving, printing, vinyl, paint, bonding, forming, hardware and assembly are quoted with the cutting work they require.
06
Artwork, timing and delivery
File cleanup, redraw work, an accelerated deadline, shipping, local delivery and certified installation can change the final project scope.
The fastest route to an accurate quote: send the finished size, quantity, intended use, material preference, artwork and needed-by date. If the material or cutting method is still open, we will recommend it.

— Acrylic cutting FAQs
If your project falls outside these questions, send it anyway. Custom acrylic work is priced around the actual piece, not a fixed product menu.
We choose the method around the finished result. Laser cutting is suited to detailed profiles, lettering and engraving. CNC routing handles larger profiles, thicker parts, holes, slots, channels and other routed features. Some projects use both.
Yes. Send the finished dimensions and mark any measurement that must fit a frame, bracket or channel. Holes, slots and internal cutouts can be built into the same production file.
Yes. Compatible laser-cut acrylic can have a smooth clear edge, while routed edges can remain machined or receive secondary polishing. Projects can also include beveled or matte edges, engraving, direct printing, vinyl, paint, assembly and mounting hardware.
Yes. There is no need to turn a prototype into a bulk order. We produce single pieces and prototypes as well as repeat parts and coordinated acrylic work for multiple locations. Tell us the first quantity and likely future volume so we can prepare the file for easy reordering.
The quote is based on acrylic type and thickness, sheet usage, part size, cut detail, holes and internal features, quantity, artwork preparation, edge finishing, engraving, graphics, assembly, timing, pickup, delivery, shipping or installation. Supplying complete dimensions, quantities and artwork gives us the clearest starting point.
Include finished dimensions, quantity, intended use, color or finish, artwork or a reference image, required holes or cutouts, the needed-by date and whether we should source the acrylic or review material you will supply. If some details are undecided, we will recommend the material and cutting method.
