— Can we take your fleet?
A fleet program is not a collection of unrelated vehicle orders. It needs an approved design system, production controls and an installation schedule that keeps enough vehicles working throughout the rollout.
Gogi Signs has more than 20 years of commercial graphics experience and manages fleet design, printing, lamination and installation in-house from our 10,000-square-foot Linden facility. Each body style receives its own layout while shared colors, typography and placement rules keep the fleet recognizable.
We support initial rollouts, phased additions, replacement panels, rebrands and mixed coverage programs. Retained artwork and production settings help a vehicle added later follow the same standard established for the first group.

— Coverage

Every painted panel covered, artwork running unbroken around the vehicle. The strongest version of fleet branding, and what customer-facing fleets put on their front-line vehicles.
Food, retail and anything customers approach on foot

Graphics on the rear and lower sides with lettering above. Where most working vans land at fleet quantities — the rear panel is read at every traffic light, so it carries most of the weight of a full wrap.
Trades, service and route vans

Cut shapes and logo panels applied straight to the paint — door sets, tailgate logos, DOT and license numbers. Keeps support vehicles on-brand without wrapping them.
Mixed fleets and support vehicles

Text only: company name, phone number, services, license. Lowest cost per vehicle in the fleet, quickest to fit, and enough on its own to make a vehicle legible and compliant.
Pickups, crew cabs and back-office vehicles
Full wraps on the vehicles customers meet, lettering on the ones they do not, spot graphics on everything in between — all from one artwork file and one color match. Coverage is explained in more depth on the commercial vehicle wraps page.
— Vehicles

Transit, Sprinter, ProMaster, cargo and utility. The most common fleet vehicle we handle, and where fleet van wraps earn hardest — parked outside customers' houses for hours at a time.

Flat, tall and uninterrupted. Fleet truck wraps give you the largest readable surface in the fleet, and the panel the traffic behind reads at every light.

Enclosed, box and equipment trailers provide large, relatively uninterrupted surfaces, making them well suited to prominent branding and coordinated fleet graphics.

Supervisor trucks, crew cabs and flatbeds. Usually lettering or door decals rather than full coverage, which keeps the per-vehicle cost down across the support end of a fleet.

Shuttles, minibuses and coaches. Perforated window film lets the graphic carry the full length of the vehicle while passengers still see out. See bus wraps.

Food trucks, carts, refrigerated bodies, tankers and anything else on the yard. Odd vehicles get measured and templated individually rather than approximated from a stock file.
— Coverage
Plumbing, HVAC, electrical, roofing and landscaping. Vans sit outside customers’ homes for hours, so these fleets get the highest return per vehicle of anything we wrap.
Usually: partial wraps
Box trucks, Sprinters and trailers running routes across the state. High mileage means high exposure, and it is why we specify harder-wearing film on these.
Usually: partial wraps
Catering vans, refrigerated bodies, food trucks and distribution. The vehicle is often the storefront, so these run the fullest coverage in the fleet.
Usually: full wraps
Crew trucks, equipment trailers and site vehicles. Usually ordered alongside the contractor signs and site boards, matched across both.
Usually: partial wraps
Management companies, maintenance crews and janitorial fleets. Restrained lettering more often than wraps — these vehicles park at buildings where loud is the wrong note.
Usually: lettering
Home care, medical transport, shuttles and non-emergency transfer. Clean, legible and credible matters more here than coverage does.
Usually: partial or lettering
Where the brand is not yours to reinterpret. We work to the standard you are given, hold the approved artwork, and keep fleet branding consistent as the group grows.
Usually: brand-standard wraps
Leased fleets, rental operators and utility contractors. Removal matters as much as application here, because vehicles have to go back to bare paint at term end.
Usually: wraps plus removal
— How it works
Design, print, lamination, cutting and installation all happen at Gogi Signs with our own people. No part of the run is handed to a third party halfway through.
Fleet wrap artwork built onto measured panel templates, one per body style, with a proof for each before anything prints. Franchise and corporate brand standards are worked to as supplied. See sign design.
The whole run prints together rather than vehicle by vehicle, so color is matched across the fleet. Every panel is laminated, then trimmed, kitted per vehicle and tagged to the plate.
Fitted by 3M certified installers in our Linden bay, or at your yard where the fleet has to stay working. Coverage sets the downtime — around two days on a light job, five to seven on a full wrap.
You set how many vehicles come off the road at a time and we schedule the fleet at that rate, around the weeks they cannot be spared. Fleets split across more than one yard are worked site by site, and your approved artwork stays on file for every vehicle that joins later.
What we need to start
— Fleet pricing
Coverage by vehicle
Lettering, spot graphics, partial wraps and full wraps can be combined within one fleet program instead of forcing every unit into the same package.
Vehicle and body type
Vans, pickups, box trucks and trailers use different amounts of material and require different levels of installation labor.
Shared setup efficiencies
Approved design work, color settings and production preparation can be distributed across the run, reducing duplicated setup work.
Rollout and location
Batch size, vehicle availability, shop installation and approved on-site work all affect scheduling and the final program price.
— Afterwards
A fleet keeps changing after the first run goes on the road. This is what we handle from there.
1
Send the year, make and model. We re-cut your approved artwork from the file we already hold, match the color to what is already on the road, and fit it. No redesign, and no proofing round from the beginning.
2
A scrape, a dent or a mirror strike takes out one panel rather than the whole wrap. We re-cut that panel from the same file and refit it, so the repair sits with the rest of the vehicle instead of reading as a patch.
3
Fleet rebranding means stripping the old film and adhesive first, then applying the new artwork in the same visit. We do that whether we fitted the original or not, and it runs in batches the same way the first rollout did.
4
Hand washing is gentler on vehicle wraps than brush tunnels, and a pressure washer held close to a seam is what lifts edges early. Ask and we will go through it with your drivers so the fleet reaches the end of the film's rated life.
5
Wrapped vehicles go back to bare paint. Heat lifts the film, the adhesive comes away with it, and sound factory paint is returned the way it was found. That is the reason leased fleets wrap instead of painting. See sign removal.
— Why us
Foam board is a commodity right up until the date matters or the shape is unusual. That is where a shop with its own press and cutter beats an upload form.
Two decades of commercial vehicle wraps and large-format print out of one shop in Linden. Vehicle work is what we do rather than a sideline to something else.
Our own crew, certified, on every vehicle in the run. The tenth van is fitted by the same people who fitted the first.
Design, print, lamination, cutting, installation and removal all in-house, so one shop owns the dates and the color match.
First preference is our controlled bay in Linden, where temperature and dust are held steady. Where the fleet cannot travel, the install comes to the yard.
You decide how many vehicles come off the road at a time. Coverage sets the downtime — two days on a light job, five to seven on a full wrap.
Approved fleet artwork stays with us after the program closes, so a vehicle bought two years later prints from the same file as the first one.
The run prints together rather than vehicle by vehicle, so the fleet goes out as a set and ages as one.
Minutes from Newark, Elizabeth and the Turnpike. Short runs to the shop are what make releasing three vans on a Monday and having them back that week workable.
— FAQs
Yes. We print the whole run from one file on one press and match color across it, so vehicle six is not a shade off vehicle one. We also hold the approved artwork afterwards, so a van you buy next year is printed from the same file rather than rebuilt from scratch.
Yes. The design work is done once and spread across the run, and printing a longer run is more efficient than printing one. The film and the labor per vehicle stay broadly the same, so the saving comes off the setup rather than the whole job.
The film carries its manufacturer's warranty. On top of that we cover our own installation faults for one year. Anything beyond that depends on the vehicle and the project, and we will tell you what applies before you book rather than after.
Yes, whether we fitted them or not. Fleet rebranding usually means stripping the old film and adhesive and re-wrapping in the same visit, and at lease end it means taking the vehicle back to bare paint so it goes back clean.
Yes. We work across New Jersey and the wider tri-state area including New York City, from our shop in Linden, Union County. Fleets split across more than one yard are scheduled site by site.
Yes. Our design team builds the fleet artwork from your logo and brand colors onto measured panel templates, one for each body style on the yard, and proves each of them before the run prints. Where a franchise or corporate brand standard already exists, we work inside it as supplied rather than reinterpreting it.
No. Design, printing, lamination, cutting, installation and removal all happen at Gogi Signs with our own crew. Keeping the run in one shop is what holds the schedule and the color match together across a fleet.
Yes. A scrape, a dent or a mirror strike usually takes out a single panel. We re-cut that panel from the artwork we hold on file and refit it, so the repair matches the rest of the vehicle and the rest of the fleet.
— Service area & quotes
We work from our bay in Linden, Union County, and install on site anywhere across the tri-state area.
Being close is what makes batch scheduling workable. A yard in Union, Essex or Middlesex County can release three vans on a Monday and have them back before the week is out, without anyone driving two hours each way.
Searching for fleet wraps near me usually means a fleet that has grown past what a single-vehicle shop can schedule. Send the vehicle list and we will put dates against it.
