The sheets can be made in thicknesses ranging from ⅛” to over 1”, with thicker dimensions offering additional rigidity for larger signs. To create the needed shape, acrylic is cut on a CNC router or with a laser cutter depending on the thickness. Both these methods create a clean edge in the acrylic.
